All 16 AFL club captains were in Melbourne on Thursday as part of the 2008 season launch with the annual prediction poll carried out.

From the poll it was a clear statement that Geelong would most likely feature in another Grand Final, while Gary Ablett Jnr was favoured to become the second Cat in two years following Jimmy Bartel to win the Brownlow Medal.
