West Perth were left ruing the one that got away as Claremont recorded an inspiring one-point victory against the Falcons at Arena Joondalup.
The Falcons led by as much as 43 points midway through the third term, but the Tigers booted eight of the last ten goals to snatch victory, winning 17.7(109) to 17.6 (108).
Chad Jones starred with six goals for the winners, while Anthony Jones slotted four majors.
For the Falcons, Josh Smith continued his solid season with five goals.
