Voss eyes Gold Coast coaching position

Former Brisbane Lion premiership captain and current AFL commentator said that he had met with the Gold Coast consortium to discuss the coaching role. Speaking on Channel Ten during last nights telecast Voss was keen to end the speculation of whether the consortium were thinking of Voss for the top job.
No doubt it would be a very tough job and Voss did state that he was treating the matter seriously and whether the move to coaching a new team was the right move.
Voss does not have AFL coaching experience but as he said with the AFL moving to an 18 team competition there will be two more coaching positions available which might give him an oppotutnity to coach.
