The AFL will today handover the Gold Coast Football Club to a steering committee including lawyer John Witheriff, former Brisbane Lions chairman Graeme Downie and Southport Sharks president Dr Alan MacKenzie. The club is expected to appoint former Brisbane Premiership captain Michael Voss as coach in June.
