Former East Fremantle player Bradd Dalziell has been named on an extended bench to play Melbourne at the GABBA on Sunday. Dalziell was named along with fellow possible debutants Tom Collier and James Polkinghorne. Dalziell was taken with pick 52 by the Lions in the 2007 NAB AFL Draft.

The AFL will today handover the Gold Coast Football Club to a steering committee including lawyer John Witheriff, former Brisbane Lions chairman Graeme Downie and Southport Sharks president Dr Alan MacKenzie.
