Collingwood ruckman Josh Fraser is getting closer to returning to AFL football.
Fraser, injured a posterior cruciate ligament in the Hall of Fame match in May resulting in him not playing an AFL game since. However, he has played the past two games in the VFL to regain match fitness.
When asked about his side’s form , Malthouse said that they had played some good football sides over the last few weeks and are missing key players.
The coach also mentioned that people had underrated the teams that have beaten them, especially Essendon who he thinks have been the second best team in the last month of AFL footy.
