Longmuir, Curley kick 5 goals each as Falcons sink Sharks

West Perth returned to the winners list today with a convincing 33-point win over East Fremantle at Arena Joondalup.
West Perth ran away in the second half to win 15.14.104 to 9.17.71.
The Sharks got within a few points early in the third term, but from the point on the Falcons flexed their muscles and were never in trouble.
The Falcons got tremendous value from their two-pronged attack of Todd Curley and Troy Longmuir, who both kicked five goals.
Brendon Logan was outstanding in the midfield, collecting 25 possessions.
Simon Duckworth gave the Falcons plenty of drive of the half back flank.
For the Sharks none tried harder than Kris Miller, who kicked two goal to go with his 19 touches.
Kingsley Hunter also continued his good form at centre half back.
Bourke and Peake also played well.
