The future of the West Coast Eagles is looking a lot brighter after the Eagles extended the contracts of three key young guns a week after re-signing Coach John Worsfold.
The signing of the three youngsters Nic Naitanui, Mitch Brown and Eric Mackenzie today, comes after their key performances in Saturday nights 20 point win against last year premiers, the Hawks.
Nic Naitanui kicked three goals in the last quarter when he moved up forward, while Eric Mackenzie had a solid game in defence and Mitch Brown was a strong leading forward.
The Eagles will be looking to win two in a row when they take on bottom placed Melbourne this Saturday at the MCG.
