THE annual Chris Mainwaring tribute match is set to welcome two more former superstars from the West Coast Eagles.
Dual premiership wingman Peter Matera, has agreed to take part in the match, alongside 1990 best and fairest winner Chris Lewis.
The former Eagles, under coach Ron Alexander will take on an Fremantle, with former coach Chris Connolly taking the lead, in a twilight match at Subiaco Oval on Saturday, October 10.
In last year’s tribute match, West Coast defeated Fremantle by 19 points with the game attracting about 32,000 people and raising $150,000 for Telethon.
