Radio Fremantle station manager Ted Walker confirmed that sports writer Alex Malcolm and West Australian football writer Dale Miller will join main commentator Cameron Spragg for half of the calling duties for the station this season.

Radio Fremantle will cover 22 to 23 Saturday afternoon games, but will not take part in any finals calls due to conflicting programme arrangements with the station.

Station manager Peter Luckett said champion Claremont player Jaxon Crabb is set to join the commentary team for 990 this season.
