FootyGoss "Official" Live Match Day Internet Streaming

After 3 weeks of trialling of live WAFL match internet streaming, FootyGoss and Perth’s 990AM Information Radio are proud to announce that this service is here to stay this season. FootyGoss will proudly be responsible for streaming the WAFL broadcasts that 990AM deliver over the airwaves into the homes and offices of WAFL fans who are not in its coverage areas, or simply unable to tune in on the dial.
Starved fans will be able to tune in via the world wide web, meaning you don’t need to miss any of the action from our Match of the Day broadcasts throughout the 2009 WAFL season.
Peter Luckett, Station Manager of 990AM Information Radio, said “We are very pleased that, after 7 years of broadcasting the WAFL, listeners who may not have been able to hear the coverage will now get every kick, handball, mark and bump without leaving their lounge chairs or desks. While we have a metropolitan wide plus broadcast range, it will be great to know that anyone can tune in, anywhere around the world “
The 990AM stream will be delivered using MP3 technology and you can tune in at the time of broadcast on this link. Viewers / listeners will also find the links attached the to match previews in ”Round News” section of this site that is found under the results menu. Where applicable, we will also be linking to live internet streams provided by other radio stations covering the WAFL.
