Big bad Barry Hall has been suspended by his club indefinitely after his latest on field brainsnap.
Hall’s return will be at the discretion of the club psychologist after the club announced that Hall needed to work on his state of mind before he could play for the swans.
Hall would have missed this weekend’s game anyway after accepting a one-match suspension for attempted striking.
Hall was charged by the match review panel for an attempted hit on Magpie Shane Wakelin during the second quarter of the Swans’ loss on Saturday night.
Due to carryover points and a 50 per cent loading because of his previous poor record, he was given a two-match ban which was reduced to one with a guilty plea.
Hall was playing in just his third game back after serving a seven-match suspension for hitting Eagle Brent Staker behind the play earlier this year.
The match review panel made no further charges.
