Goodes adds another to his resume

Dual Brownlow medal winner Adam Goodes will co-captain the Sydney Swans for the 2009 season. Goodes will be alongside defender Craig Bolton and Midfielder Brett Kirk, who replace Leo Barry.
Goodes said that he was hugely honored by the promotion and coach Paul Roos said that the role has the potential to improve Goodes as a player even further.
Roos added that Goodes has earned the respect of his peers and thoroughly deserves the captaincy role, after missing out last year when Bolton took over from Barry Hall.
