The player who haunted Geelong for two years may make a return to his teams senior side this weekend against the Cats.
Nick Davis will be forever etched in the minds of Cats supporters and players as the one who stole a Grand Final spot from them.
His brilliant last quarter heroics in the 2005 semi-final against the Cats propelled the Swans into a Grand Final and eventually a Premiership.
Davis has been in hot form for the Swans reserve side, kicking 8 and 5 goals in bis last two games.
The goalsneak is the most likely candidate to replace suspended spearhead Barry Hall
