Sydney Swans veteran forward Michael O’Loughlin says he can’t wait to return to elite level football, after being out of action for nine months with an ankle injury.
The star forward is set to make his return against Richmond at the SCG on Sunday, and has promised to make an immediate impact against the Tigers.
The Swans attack will also be bolstered by the return of big-bad Barry Hall, who has recovered from a groin injury.
The key duo managed just seven games together in 2008, but O’Loughlin believes their pairing will add some much needed structure to the Swans’ forward line.
