Top recruits: Guy Richards (Collingwood), Andrew Krakouer (Richmond), Llane Spaanderman (East Perth)

First preseason match: versus East Fremantle, Saturday March 1, Medibank Stadium 5.30pm
First home and away match: versus Peel Thunder, Saturday March 22, Rushton Park 2.15pm
Swan Districts are expected to be among the big movers in the WAFL in 2008 after an aggressive recruiting scheme in the off-season.
Ex-AFL players Guy Richards, Matthew Spencer and Andrew Krakouer are sure to pull a few more supporters down to Steel Blue Oval in 2008 and former East Perth big man Llane Spaanderman is another handy acquisition.
New coach Brian Dawson is renowned for his discipline and fitness regimes and Swans should be a stronger unit right from the start of this season.
The club will start its home and away campaign with a clash with Peel on March 22.
