Former North Melbourne premiership player and Fremantle Docker skipper Peter Bell has signed on to play football for South Fremantle in the 2009 season which is great news for the Bulldogs who lost the race to sign Heath Black and Matthew Moody.
We understand Jeff Farmer has also signed on and has been at training with his former WAFL club.
