Richmond coach Terry Wallace will end his 4 and ½ year coaching stint with the Tigers this Friday night when they take on his ex club Western Bulldogs at Etihad Stadium.

Wallace, who has been under a lot of pressure over the last month with the Richmond Tigers sitting in 15th position on the AFL ladder, declared today that Friday night will be his final game with the Richmond Tigers.

The Tigers beat Fremantle Dockers by three points on Saturday at Subiaco Oval to win their second game of the season but will have to upset third place Bulldogs for Wallace to end on a winning note. The victory against the Docker’s was Wallace’s 500th match as a player and coach.

A caretaker coach for the Tigers will not be announced until after Friday nights match.
