Tiger Bowden set to retire <?php echo($club_names[$seg3]); ?> Ball

Richmond two-time best and fairest winner Joel Bowden is expected to announce his AFL retirement at a press conference today.

Bowden, (31) has played 264 games for the Tigers since making his debut in 1996 and won the best and fairest award in 2004 and 2005.

But he has been left out of the senior side since Jade Rawlings took over as caretaker coach ahead of round 12.

Bowden is expected to be given a farewell game against Collingwood at the MCG on Saturday.
