Port Adelaide’s star magician, Daniel Motlop, is set to miss eight weeks after having surgery on a fractured ankle.
Port Adelaide released a statement on Tuesday afternoon explaining that Motlop had a pin inserted into his left ankle on Monday night.
The talented forward returned to the side in their huge loss to the Dogs over the weekend after missing the previous two rounds through an unrelated injury.
