Peel Sign Chartres, Allocated Jones From WCE

Former Essendon rookie Danny Chartres has returned home to Peel Thunder and will join Heath Black as important signings for the club in 2009.
The key position player was considered unlucky to be cut from the Essendon list after two years of good football in the VFL. He was a top player with Peel in 2006.
West Coast draftee Jordan Jones will provide another boost to the Thunder’s defence after being allocated to the club in the 2009 Reverse Draft. He will be among familiar faces, with fellow Eagles Ebert, Schofield, Hurn, Rosa, and Arrowsmith already at Mandurah.
