Swan Districts recorded their first victory since Round 11 with a 12-point triumph over Peel at Steel Blue Oval.
The Thunder led by three points at three-quarter time, but Swans were able to hold on in a tense final term to win 13.12 (90) to 11.12 (78).
Ashley Wedding and Cody Garlett booted two goals apiece for Swans, while James Grabski was prominent with 22 disposals.
The Thunder were well served by Matt Battye who booted four majors, while West Coast’s Matt Rosa and Fremantle’s James Walker impressed in the midfield.
