Melbourne’s No.1 draft pick Jack Watts will make his debut against Collingwood in the Queen’s Birthday clash at the MCG on Monday.
The 18-year-old received the green light from Dean Bailey after steady progress with Casey in the VFL.
The Year 12 student at Brighton Grammar School will play in front of a blockbuster crowd and then complete an exam the next day.
The prized Melbourne draft pick is listed as 196cm and 83kg and viewed as a key prospect in the Melbourne rebuild.
