North Melbourne veteran forward Nathan Thompson looks likely to miss Sunday’s important game against the Blues at Telstra Dome.
Thompson injured an ankle during last weekend’s win over the Bulldogs but returned to play out the game and kick a couple of important goals for his team.
It is not sure yet whether the 30-year-old will receive a new contract at the end of the year and according to coach Dean Laidely won’t be able to prove his worth this weekend.
