North Melbourne Chairman James Brayshaw has vowed to put the clash-jumper fiasco between his side and Collingwood to bed after a heated discussion on The Footy Show last night.

Brayshaw defended his decision for his side to wear an alternative strip to their home games against Collingwood, insisting it was better than copping a $100,000 fine from the AFL for breaching uniform codes.

The North Melbourne Chairman said the next time the Kangaroos played a home game against Collingwood, his side would definitely be wearing their home strip, regardless of the consequences.

Unfortunately for Brayshaw, North Melbourne will not host Collingwood until next season.
