Fremantle midfielder, Byron Schammer is free to play in the Dockers match against Hawthorn this Friday night at Subiaco Oval, after being cleared of striking Carlton’s Marc Murphy.

Schammer was found not guilty of striking Murphy last night by the AFL Tribunal. He had originally been charged with a level two striking offence and offered a one week ban.

The young midfielder has had a fantastic start to the season and will be a key player for the Dockers when they tackle the reigning premiers, Hawthorn this Friday night.
