ESSENDON small forward Angus Monfries has signed a new two-year deal with the club.
The 23-year-old is confident there is more success ahead for the Bombers.
Essendon has experienced a tumultuous week and has lost its past five matches.
“I think it is an exciting time for the footy club and I am confident in the direction that the club is heading in,” Monfries told the Essendon website.
“I am certain that future success isn’t far away and that we can win a premiership. We have the programs and coaching staff behind the playing group.”
