ESSENDON young gun Michael Hurley has rejected a potential offer from the new Gold Coast team to stay with the Bombers.
The Herald Sun reports that Hurley, 19, has committed to the Bombers for a further two years.
Hurley, who was taken at pick no.5 in the 2008 draft, has played 13 games and is rated highly as a key position prospect at both ends of the ground.
He kicked four goals in Essendon’s 43-point win over Hawthorn on Saturday night.
