Royals keep an eye on Smith

East Perth is keen to secure Subiaco premiership player Martin Smith in the lead up to the 2008 WAFL season next week.
The Royals confirmed to Footygoss on Tuesday that they were interested in the 22-year-old speedster, who is understood to have left the Lions.
Smith played 11 games for the Lions in 2007 and kicked 13 goals.
He also managed 12 possessions and a goal in the Grand Final win over Claremont.
