Anthony Rocca is set to play his first game of the AFL season when his Collingwood Magpies take on the Brisbane Lions at the Gabba this Friday night.
Rocca hasn’t played for the magpies since he broke his foot in round 13 last year. He played in Collingwood’s VFL side last week and kicked 3 goals.
The big forward who has played 238 AFL games, will hopefully pass Collingwood’s final training run this afternoon and play in Shane O’Bree’s 200th match tomorrow night.
Nick Maxwell and Heath Shaw will both be missing the match due to suspension and Ben Johnson through injury.
