Carlton's hotheaded young defender Karl Norman won't be penalised by the football club for being caught driving without a license.

The talented hopeful is arguably fortunate to have the incident overlooked after he was penalised for the usage of recreational drugs, and forced by the football club to sign a 'good behaviour' legal document

However, as reported in the Herald Sun Blues chief executive Michael Malouf says the driving incident did not breach any of the new conditions.

"The club won't be involved at all," Malouf said.
