Blues desperate for Bradshaw <?php echo($club_names[$seg3]); ?> Ball

The Blues are preparing for the battle to win the services of disgruntled Lion Daniel Bradshaw but realize that the star goal kicker will need several weeks to make a decision on his playing future.

The Sydney Swans seem to be the only other club who are keen to add Bradshaw to their list, after he refused a two-year deal to stay with the Lions last week. Both clubs seem to have enough room in their salary cap and it now appears that the ball is in Bradshaw’s court as to where he wants to end up in the NAB Pre-season Draft.

Bradshaw’s family will have a major influence on his decision, after he moved from Wodonga in country Victoria to the Lions where he was drafted in 1995 and has since had four children.

Carlton general manager of football operations Steven Icke confirmed the club had both the money and the enthusiasm for getting Bradshaw to Visy Park.
