Who reckons that sacked AFL player Jason Akermanis should shut his trap?
What benefit he believes he is getting from continuing to throw dagger comments is beyond me.
At a recent function in Hobart, the sacked former Western Bulldogs’ player told reporters the club “stank”.
He said the club’s president David Smorgan and captain Brad Johnson should move on and that Johnson was too old to be of any worth to the club.
The outspoken former Brisbane Lion claimed Johnson should retire because he was “finishedâ€.
“He is 34 and his body is not to be trusted by him or his team-mates - that’s not rocket science,†Aker said.
Akermanis claimed that Bulldogs coach Rodney Eade misinterpreted recent criticism of the captain after Eade used statistics to reject claims that Johnson was selfish and no longer worth his spot in the side.
