Fevola is now a Lion but could the script have been written any better?
Consider that when current Birsbane Lions coach Michael Voss finished his playing career he joined a sports management company both as a director and a shareholder. Late last year Voss gave up that role after becoming the coach of the Brisbane Lions.
Brendan Fevola is a client of the sports management company Michael Voss used to hold an interest in. Is this a strange coincidence or did Voss seize upon some inside knowledge on Fevola to coax him up to Brisbane?
It is obviously in Fevola’s interest to sort out his issues and who better to help assist him sort that out than Michael Voss a proven leader.
