Heuskes looks to sue ABC

The Herald Sun reports former Port Adelaide and Brisbane Lions player Adam Heuskes might sue the ABC for defamation.
His lawyer, Craig Caldicott, said yesterday Heuskes was considering his options following a segment on the ABC's Four Corners program on Monday night, accusing him of rape.
"Mr Heuskes is certainly seeking advice from senior counsel with a view to instituting legal proceedings for defamation against Four Corners," Mr Caldicott said.
"Mr Heuskes is concerned and upset at the allegations contained in the program, and we are looking to take action."
Four Corners broadcast an interview with a woman who named Heuskes as one of the players who assaulted her in England in 1999.
British police investigated the matter but no charges were laid.
