With the announcement this week that all clubs will have 2 byes during the 2011 Home and Away season, who would like to put money on whether or not Collingwood get their byes the week after a trip to Perth? That is of course, if Collingwood even get a trip to Perth in 2011....

Why, thats exactly what will happen, the Afl has done a great job of handing you a grand final on a platter with 7 straight games at the MCG before the finals, lucky for us we all know what happens when the Pies get there.

Exactly right Unka, unfortunately the retarded WA folk have no idea that the AFL is a business, they seem to think it’s a conspiracy that due to the fact they are geographically challenged that they are hard done by with their travel.

EVERY team wants to play the Pies twice a year - NOT GOING TO HAPPEN

The AFL want the PIEs to play in the big games that draw the BIG crows = Big money - THAT WILL HAPPEN.

So a word to my WA retarded friends out there - complain about the AFL not the club. I know that is really hard for you folk to fathom but just try sitting down and having a good old think about it and see if anything might just change your mindset. Highly doubtful, but just give it a go...humour us

You mean struggling clubs want to play the pies, i’m sure interstate clubs except for Port couldn’t give a rats arse about playing the Pies twice.

AFL is “happy” with the interstate clubs, basically strong crowds for all, so why not make more money for the (AFL), by having the pies play more at the “g”. Its a business decision .

Who cares.
You play who they give you.
Bring em all on I say. I love watching games against Collingwood there is always a big crowd and they go off when they win and always look like death when they lose.

Retarded WA folk?  I take exception to that you arrogant piece of victorian of shit.  You are the perfect example of why the rest of Australia hates you prissy little pricks.  The sooner we build a brick wall around your little non productive state and fill it with water, the better.

I’ll follow the Cats through the finals as well unk, but just to diverse, I reckon the Gwilt free kick was there and HAD to be paid.  All this shite about ‘the spirit of the game’ is rubbish.  Rules is rules.  Anyway, I think it may be a good jogger to remind them that it doesn’t always come easy.

Yup went over and watched it. Gwilt free kick WAS indeed there. Sometimes they pay it sometimes they DONT....( as is the case for many many decisions in ANY game), BUT there was a case for a free kick and the umpire gave his interpretation, no arguement from me AT ALL.  Cats got (dare i say) arrogant, as well as the Saints playing a very well drilled and executed game plan. Hard for the cats now (thier own fault).

Gee apologies for getting on the front foot first, maybe you’re right I should’ve waited till I got abused and then had a crack.
Fact is alot of WA people hate Collingwood and crap on about the travel factor have no idea why they hate Collingwood and don’t understand and will not understand why Collingwood is the AFL’s “favourite”. Trust me that Collingwood does not get a favoured draw, the only favour we get is playing at the G more often than not
