In short - NO.

Rosa may be ok but I would suggest Spangher is finished as an AFL player given clubs other than the weagles seem to have a recruiting process that largely weeds out the duds

Spangher has aksed to be traded...Cockie & Sullivan have been released…

Going off some other fans and commentators - most think Spangher has a bit to offer. Fortunately they don’t watch him every week in the way that poor souls like me do.

Probably 3rd rounder for him. Wouldnt want a player swap.

Rosa, potentially late 2nd round for the right team. He is much improved this year, much harder at the ball, far better user of the pill, and has always been a great runner. Put it this way - the lack of talent at our club can only make him look better than he is, not worse.

Lynch to GC hopefully, Spangher and maybe Rosa going too… while I dont mind Rosa I also wouldn’t mind getting another top 50 pick to get a new bloke a bit closer to the age of our younger brigade. But a few draft picks coming our way is just what we need.

I think both Rosa and Spangher will end up at the GC. Probably will end up as a 2 for the price of 1 deal. Although Spangher despite poor disposal and decision making has shown an improvement in his intensity and attack on the ball. Cox obviously is now off limits with the de listing of Sullivan.

The others to be offered for trade maybe Lynch, McKinley,Hansen,Wilkes and possibly Brown ??
Think Notte and Nicoski will be dropped and not offered up.

What did Cockie do wrong?

I thought he had made an impression when he was elevated from the Rookie List for a few games.

My understanding was that Cockie loved telling chicks that he played for the Eagles and partying. Not sure his work ethic was there.
Apparently he is mates with the son of a chick I work with.
Could be heresay.

Spanger wanted to be traded last year so we should of traded him then. Im glad to see we are keeping Wilson, was always the best option for full forward god knows why he didnt have more oppurtunitys this season but god knows what goes on in worsfolds head !  Also good to see Strijk get upgraded too.

I am not sure why the GC would want either of the players being talked about here.They want players who can play and I am not sure either of them can.
I thought when Rosa first went to the Eagles that he could play,but seemed to go backwards very quickly.
Maybe both will just finish up being delisted.

Unfortunately for Rosa he lacks pace and of course we have to many players in that catergory. He would be a handy player for a few other sides .
