Claremont comfortably at home by at least 5 goals, to walk into the Grand Final. They warmed up for this one a few weeks ago when they pumped Swans by 12 goals, Ok they had last week off but will be set for this one with a classy squad and excellent coach are marching towards the flag. Crowd 3500

The other game will be more interesting. East Fremantle have set themselves to play finals football this year after a very long absence and have the home ground advantage , but I reckon the Royals are on a mission and have come good at the right time and might catch Old Easts out - East Perth by 10 points. Crowd 3000

Ahh love it pretty much spot on..

Claremont at home will win. They will be stung by the loss last Sat, and Blackwell won’t be as quite this week. The two Easts will smash each other, but in spite of a home ground advantage for the Sharks and a rest for the past two weeks, I think The Royals will prevail. (So long as its not blowing a gale and EP kick 5.20).

Swandog: so EP are ‘bereft of good players (or stars)’. Well if thats the case why then have Swans got over EP by just 15 and 21 points before the Royals cranked it up a notch in recent weeks? EP didn’t have McKinley or Glancy in either of those games. There’s 40 possessions and 4 or 5 goals. Beeck missed 1 and the young guys like Lee, Eastwell and Stirling have matured greatly as the season’s progressed.

Great finals series in front of us.

And isn’t it nice to not have Sooby and Sowfs playing.  Enough already !!

Still didnt win though!, and most the media have said the same thing, McKinley is too busy getting the eyeliner out of his eyes to be a real threat and Glancy is hard and servicable without being a matchwinner

Claremont by 36pts - Last week was just a “take it easy and do nothing stupid game” for the Tigers. The class side of the comp and will win the GF.
Crowd - 4200

EF by 22pts - EP ‘s bubble will burst. EF have come good at the right time and the week off was a blessing. Home ground advantage another plus and with the possibility of Palmer, Haselby and “dark horse chance” Michael Warren playing will all be a bonus.
Crowd - 3800

I’m not quite sure you’re the full dollar SwanDog.

So a team bereft of stars gets beaten narrowly by a team of . . . . ??
Doesn’t say much for the quality of your team does it.
Swans is a team of . . . ? (you fill in the blank)

I can’t believe I had to spell it out for you.

Be a bit more respectful . . well, coming from bombo valley I guess that’s asking too much . . but any team that wins 6 in a row and beats 5 teams above them on the ladder to make the finals must have something going for them. Just consider yourself lucky that you met us up at Dampier after the shambles in getting EP players to the game. Otherwise . . who knows . . EP might have won 7 in a row.

I grew up with the arrogance of Swans supporters. It seems you’re still around.

"Royalblood" The shambles was caused by East Perth Management, if they had sent your boys up a day Lerner yer East Perth may of won, But they didn’t. And you sound like a typical East Perth .....? (you fill in the blank) I do hope that East Perth can get to GF with Swans, That will be fun Bogans v .....? (you fill in the blank). And every one has to listen to the arrogance of a East Perth supporter, It seems he is still on 6PR Thursday morning

EP did request to the WAFL to fly up the day before but this was deemed unnecessary. Yes, EP could have foot the bill for a night’s accom by why should they have to when its not their home game.

EP agreeing to go to Dampier (thats if they even had a choice) is a favour to Swans and the WAFL and we were treated like [fill in the blank] as a result of this.

When the preliminary fixtures had been written up and presented to the WAFL Clubs they do have the right to say yes and no to some games. obviously East Perth said yes to the Dampier fixture and in which they had plenty of time to plan for . and it was only a Recmmendation by the WAFC not to go up one day Lerner, So East Perth had the choice all along. And I would not have call it a home game for swans too

Well now we have 2 Swan’s supporters who can barely spell their own names. What is Lerner, Bogan?

It was The WAFC who told EP that it wasn’t necessary to fly to Dampier early. But for some reason you can’t grasp that simple fact.

At any rate I suspect Swan Dog has his tail between his legs right now.

No. That is not correct. The WAFC and/or your mining lot were paying the accom bills. They refused to pay for Saturday night.

Swans wanted the game there - its your new backyard - not ours. Its not Basso, but you’re doing it for the people in your zone.

EPFC, like any WAFL club, agree to country games outside of their zone on the understanding they’ll get treated right for doing so. They didn’t get that this time.
