Griffen has asked to be traded from Adelaide back to W.A.. Neil Craig has said he will be looking to be active in the trade period so we may get a 25 year old ruckman with A.F.L experience.

Yep he looks like coming home and I can see the weagles or Freo picking him up. I suppose the advantage for EF of having so many players drafted (besides the financial benefit) is that there are usually 1 or 2 looking to come back to WA each year.

Griffen dominates in the SANFL as a ruckman, so one would presume he would be one of the WAFLs top ruckmen if he came back.......it would allow Warren and Lee Steere to play KP up front or back....saying that the fella would more likely want to play AFL than WAFL, so time will tell......but all good for EF than if Griffen does come back to WA.......though I do like the look of Tyler Chalwell in the colts though.....also be good to persuade Fraser MacDougall back to the club from the amateurs for 2011.

Freo should get Griffin, even though Bradley hasn’t done too much wrong.

In all fairness Bradley is only at best an average ruckman hence Freo leaving him out tonight and going with Johnson as a spare, spare.
