Well there must be some corkers, We were expecting to be playing Belmont (who finished 3rd) this weekend but they got beaten by Carlisle who finished 6th… ha ha, and got sent straight out of the finals… It’s pretty handy for us though, only having to play the 6th ranked side in a prelim..

Only having to play 6th placed Carlisle you need to pull your head out your ass. No matter where they finished they are a finals team and by what i have seen lately they are doing alright

Looks like I will be watching Carlisle playing in the grand final and for the knockers I think stay home and mow the lawn because thats the closest you will get to a bit of turf on saturday

Carlisle were the underdogs all finals, their young hard running team has proved every critic wrong! It is going to be a very interesting grand final!

Well done to carlise for making to the grand final. But the hard running will run out this week against a much bigger and stronger canning. I think canning are not a d grade side. So goodluck to both teams. As for the ressies it’s a replay of 2 weeks ago. So goat I would keep quiet because u might jynx this one as well. Goodluck to those teams as well.

The fact that a team could have come from six to make a grand final like has happened in d grade or finishing second to go out in straight sets suggest something to do with neutral umpires to me.It has happened in d grade and h this year.

Yes the goat has put his tail behind his legs and gone for another season just like Dianella.

Dianella may have a good record in respect to there reserves however there league teams finals record is nothing but soft.

Out in straight sets again Dianella league maybe, haha you should concentrate on hardness to the ball than targeting the man first.

I tried to make it clear last week that The Goat is not actually affiliated with Dianella-Morley and was just pretending to be, but obviously people have made their own judgment. Those now putting the boots into The Goat are wasting their time. Those putting the boots into Dianella-Morley because of The Goat’s comments have unfortunately fallen hook, line and sinker for his plan, which is a little disappointing. And those who are putting the boots into Dianella-Morley just out of spite is probably even more disappointing but as they say, winners are grinners and losers can please themselves, so good luck to all.

Congratulations again to Canning and Carlisle on making the GF. Will be there on Saturday to support our ressies against Belmont and will stay on to watch what will hopefully be a very entertaining league GF afterwards.
