I think we have a nice cross section of voters on FG given we are represented by bogans at Swans, ferals at EP, chardonnay set at Claremont, jerkers at Joondy, intellectuals at Subi, wharfies and trade unionists at Souths and so on...so thought that since we’re anonymous on here except to the Moderators and wouldn’t be breaking any Electoral Act or privacy laws, we could have our own straw poll on who is going to win.

If you want to declare your hand then suggest each poster keep adding to a rolling tally.  I’ll start…

sorry 4ever...spelt Labor wrong in my original and have now corrected.  EF are a bit of a contradiction with yuppies in the older federation parts and closer to the river...hippies in and around George St and working class families in Palmyra etc...so not sure how to label your average Sharks supporter...I guess mongrels is as good as any.  grin

Julia Gillard did a hatchet job on Kevin Rudd but a lot of people don’t seem to care. Got a feeling she will win comfortably.

I am not sure that the moderators will leave this on here but will give it a go.
not only will Julia win the election she will win it easily, and thank god(no pun intended)
we dont get that little Nazi as prime minister, and remember all you right wingers, if the
Nazi somehow gets elected Australia will be in Recession within 12 months.

Can’t see why the FG police would remove it given we’re anonymous and volunteering our voting preferences....

But Beazley wasn’t an elected PM.

Big difference.

Libs for me.

Normally we like Labor to leave us a far larger debt but because it is only 1 term then we can easily sort out.
