Fully support Dimmer, his strategies and game style. The fact that we have put in heaps of youngsters this year is great. We will get 4-5 gooduns from that for the next 5-6 years and more.

Would love to know of ANY club that has had an injury list as extensive as ours over the past 15 years.

Not just league blokes but through the whole club.

Would have the longest club injury list in the WAFL for years. true story.

We will get a few drafted this year which is how it should be. maybe a couple by wce and freo??

I’m looking forward to next year and beyond. We were competitive this year and unearthed a few likely types.

EF have shown how to rebuild over the past 2-3 years, we have started this process 8 weeks ago and no-one is better at it than JD.

Well said Doggy - our injuries run so deep that we battle to field sides from colts to league which shows in the results of the colts & reserves in the past few weeks which have got hammered.
Last week North did a hammy in the warm-up & on Friday night Hunt did one with just 2 mins in.
You just have to put up with it, otherwise people call you a whinger!

Agree with all that you have said Dogman....I have made my views very clear on JD, his method and game style is proven and given the right cattle will be successful again. In time we will know how soon??

Our reign at the top had to end sooner or later - look at Subi, a few stalwarts retired last year & the same has happened to them this year.

Look I agree, I was the first one to say that this year would be a tougher one and that was without the massive injury list early retirements etc etc...as roman say all good things come to an end and for us and wafl its a changeing of the guard, Claremont have not won a flag for over a decade, Ef have been out of finals for 8 yrs and a heap of other clubs just make up the numbers year in year out, we have had a great 15 or so yrs with lots of finals,,, some flags and some great games with great crowds ..and derby dominance, all in all no south supporter can complain if they do they are full of it..  the future well ..I see us doing it a bit hard for a year or 2 with toby mcgrath, miller, north bowing out,,but we will remain always competative,,I think we will need to develope a much quicker midfield to be well amongst it ,, and who knows what the recruiters will turn up in seasons to come, all in all lots to be thankfull for and to look forward to. Im 50/50 still on JD going forward - but he has been great over the last few years

All clubs over the years have had their share of injuries and im sick of hearing clubs use it as an excuse! West Perth had a long list earlier this season but Monaghan doesnt seem to complain to much, East Perth wine and whinge more than other clubs. We have been lucky this year but have had a few out at times, its just the way it is. South wont slide down the table so i wouldnt worry too much, but there is changing of the guard with EF now coming good and Perth will be ok in year or two as well
