Got my half a dozen or more emails reminding me as a Cricket Australia Family member I had priorty at buying tickets. What a joke. Firstly, the tickets have gone from $75 for premium seating in the Prenderville stand to $90 something. Secondly, no chance at all to buy any other than seats in the non-drinking area on Sunday, day 4. All day 1, 2 and 3 went fast. Every year I’ve bought tickets, so much for loyalty. Advertisement on the radio ensuring everyone knew, no loyalty to those that went and saw India, South Africa and ehw Windies in the lead up years.
Good luck to the WACA members....first in first served.

Just pay the money. This will be the closest Ashes series played in Australia for over 15 years.

The “australian cricket family” can stick their ashes where it fits. I did all the right things for the ashes last time over here, registered, and spent the whole day trying to buy tickets and still couldnt get any, yet the ground was full of barmy army supporters. I decided then that I wont bother going to a test match in australia any more. Roll on Sri Lanka next year. It makes more sense to fly to Asia to watch the games, and more fun. I have trouble following australia with Captain Junk in charge anyway, you should have seen his dummy spit to the aussie supporter in Chittagong that gave him a bit of cheek. He should be ashamed of himself.

The prices are still a STING , and going by the performance v Pakistan, I’m not expecting to much.
