In the extreme I’d say.SWANS took on someone with a CRIMINAL CONVICTION.He seems to be doing just fine.

Can someone with an UNBIASED eye please say whether WOLFENDEN has A CASE to ANSWER?Or would regardless ofVideo Footage or not.

Anyone point us to some actual Footage of the whole Debacle in it’s Entirity?Channel 9 WA?

Flying Johnson and footyfan 23.. a couple of things need clarifying.. firstly there is a major difference between niggle and punching someone in the face.. I don’t condone Travers retaliation to Wolfendens cheap shot. Secondly the wafl don’t allow reports to made via video. If they did I’m sure on the evidence available he would have got between 3 and 5 weeks. You are blind fools if you think Wolfenden is the innocent victom. Listen to Rod Willets call (he was the nearest non EP or SD observer to the incident) he calls it as Travers reacting to a cheap shot from Wolfenden. Thats exactly how I saw it when watching live on a 50 inch screen from a couple of feet away. It’s been unfortunate how the media has reported on this incident. Nothing like letting the truth get in the way of a good story. The bottom line in all of this is that if Wolfenden hadn’t punch Travers in the face he wouldn’t be in the condition he is now. If he wasn’t injured and going to miss several weeks I would expect that EP would lodge a complaint which then would be investigated by the wafl and Wolfenden charged and the suspended

The one differing opinion in the Media comes from PETER VLAHOS who reckons he saw what WOLFENDEN Did.Of course people will obviously say PETER says that with an EAST PERTH tint.

On many occassions he has done exactly that, but there are others(with EAST PERTH involved)where he has been a FENCE SITTER.Can’t say exactly on what, but the Phrase that springs to mind with him is,...."Can I just play Devil’s advocate for a moment?"That isn’t always convincing, however I am willing to take him at his Word on this for some reason.

If he WAS right in what he saw, would EAST PERTH take the Case to the COMMISSION with a Letter of Complaint? And what action would the letter recommend?
