Probably most came from the so called FESTIVAL of Football you teed up.And PISSED ORF before the COLTS was remotely ready to start.How many AFL Talent scouts did you get by the way?You know,the ones you were really trying to KOWTOW to,to change what SHOULD NOT have been changed?

And the CLUBS ALL AGREE that it should be the same?What did you and GRANT do?Hold a GUN to their head?Because NONE of them in their RIGHT BLEEDING MIND,had they got the feedback from their Supporters would have comeback with a YES.

Just in case you thought we had SHORT MEMORIES.It PISSED DOWN in the 2008 COLTS GRAND FINAL.That’s why you got only 800 at the most.Surely you don’t think we’ve forgotten that?

Or SERIOUSLY Believed PEEL and CLAREMONT would have got even a FRACTION of that,had the same Conditions prevailed at Night/Yes,you do,don’t you?Why wouldn’t that surprise me with you lot?

Grassy as I said last year the only way it would be reversed if everyone refused to go to the Colts’ GF and sent emails, telephone calls and letters to Roberts et al.  It is a disgraceful decision but one which shows what a spineless WAFC we have.  If all the nine clubs said NO then even the likes of Roberts would finally get the message.

I sent Clint an email after the recent zoning debacle suggesting that he listened to too many people in expensive suits from a certain football club based at Leederville oval. I also suggested it might be time to give it up for someone else. To his credit he got back to me explaining the reasons behind the decisions and he seemed like a nice enough bloke.

Goodie your obviously referring to the suits at the WA Dept of Sport and Rec as nobody apart from their used car salesman president owns a suit at the ferals.

Outrageous . . seagull. Tom Percy QC also has a suit !!

And I have one, too. But I don’t act like the suits from Subi. They’re in a League of their own.

With respect to emails to Clint Roberts:  yes he does email you a response.  The response, however, is not one which would give you cause to have any expectation that reason and respect for the history of the WAFL is a major consideration for him and others at the WAFC.  Hitting your head against a brickwall 1000 times and not getting a headache would be far more likely than for WAFC to come up with anything which would be reasonable.  The ONLY WAYS I suspect that the Colts GF decision will be reversed is if:

(i) all the clubs refuse to play the GF as a stand-alone fixture; or
(ii) if no-one turned up to the game.

Even then it would be out of character for the WAFC to reverse the decision.

Silly thing was SWAN,it wasn’t a Stand alone fixture.The COMMISSION DRESSED IT UP that way and BUMPED UP the ATTENDANCE with all these other Junior Teams and supporters coming through the Gate.And OUTNUMBERING what PEEL and CLAREMONT put together.

The COMMISSION can dress this all they want,we CALL IT CREATIVE ACCOUNTING when the general suspicion is,only the Club Faithfull and Inner Sanctums from both clubs turned up.200 from each club You’d reckon,IF that with all due respect to those clubs.Lucky for Grant and Clint,a few others managed to stick around to have a look,......for a while.
