Yeh South Bunbury wasted it again?????????? Yep they have only won about 46 flags and can rightly claim to being the most succesfull footy club in the country just about.

You ever thought that Carey Park may of paid just a bit more?

Well done to the Billy goats, but bagging South Bunbury??? Please.............

Dont live in the past GWSHARK! Either way both clubs spent a shitload on players......when you spend big you want a flag! no prizes for 2nd best mate!!
Sth bunbury had a good season.......but i wouldn’t be surprised if the people bank rolling the club would be happy with another year without a flag. Maybe next year gwshark!! rasberry you just better hope Carey Park think 2 flags in a row is enough.

Well our last flag was 2002 which is hardly ancient history. But the goats have won 4 flags this decade and well done to them. Better than Bunbury winning them.

Of course if you spend money you want to win but there is only one winner and being underfeated I would guess the Billy Goats are rightfull winners in 2009.

I know most hate South and thats ok but just took bagging them as pretty silly, its not like they have vanished or anything is it.

Anyway well done the the billy Goats. Maybe the Tigers will be there next year.

The GF Budget said that Eaton won the 2006 Colts, so that was their second flag.

Excuse me for being from SA, but can someone explain to me why a team with Black and Gold colours are called the Bulldogs, and a team wearing Red and White are the Tigers??

Dare I say..........it seems a bit backward.

South Bunbury was on the outer limits of Bunbury in thick, swampy bushland way back when. It was known as Tiger Town due to it resembling a jungle. The football team carried that nickname from it’s inception.
