Naitanui=Qualified to play finals football with Swans in 2009
And looming superstar of the AFL.

Looks as though Naitanui has NOT qualified as yet to play WAFL finals….

According to todays Football budget has played 4 games for SD… 5 is required to qualify

He has played 5 matches for Swans this year - 1 reserves and 4 league

No problems; I presume you were looking at the table at the back.  The figure there is only league games.  In the article on the Eagles it states that he has qualified.  There may be other players who have qualified even though they haven’t played 5 games.  I believe that if you travel as an emergency and don’t play you are credited with a WAFL game provided your WAFL club is playing that week end.

Let’s hope you guys make it to the GF, big chance I reckon, but also let’s hope the ochre mob let him play.

He’ll be a valuable commodity by then, and they may well decide not to risk him.

Yep, what I was alluding to above bird, until “the usual suspect” chimed in with some mindless dribble……….as per the norm

Thanks for that birdy; I am hoping the same and would like a different winner to that of my first Swans’ GF in 1980.
