City vs Country

The Coolbinia-West Perth Falcons are looking for the opportunity to play against a country team at your venue. We are a C1 team in the WAAFL and are coming off the 2011 with the 2011 C2 League flag in the bag.

We are looking to play in either of the following formats; 6 quarters or two 4 quarter games, one league and one reserves.

A WA footy club located 1 hour South East of Perth is looking to add to its playing stocks for season 2012.

All players are welcome, however, a particular need for a Ruckman and an inside/clearance midfielder is required.

PFL Coaches 2012

With the new year in and Pre season fast approaching was wondering who was coaching all the clubs in the PFL and if anyone has heard of Player movements.

Baldivis have regained the services of current State under 20s coach and former league coach Paul Lenzarini. Bit stiff on last years coach Liam Harpley who didnt have a lot to work with.

Triple premiership coach Paul Pannel has left Waroona and has been replaced by Craig Callaghan.

Any news on other clubs?

If you love surfing, crayfish and a run with a good bunch of blokes, you’ll adore the Pirates and our Pirates and Wenches night mid season is a ball tearer. And if you fall outside the top rung of players (i.e. not quite at the level to get paid) talk to us about a non-paid position.

A big time player will be joining one of Karratha’s teams in the upcoming 2012 season. The players shows attributes and skills way beyond his years. Will be a very hand recruit so which ever team pounces on first.

Well done Hawks with all three grades playing in a Grand Final today. We missed out on a “clean sweep” by one point!!! Sadly the Colts missed out by the solitary point.

A great season by all the people at the club congrats to all.

Bias Umpires

I believe umpires should not be bias when umpiring, heard that at a game last weekend the main and boundry umpires gave bad decisions toward ex south freo players playing in the south west, as they stated they followed east freo!
I hope something is done about this, not good for the game.
